Great Poetry Collection

This books contains some of Purdy’s best poems reflecting on his life and approaching death. The sense of loss that comes as one ages is palatable here, especially in the poem, “Departures.” For anyone interested in these ideas or Al Purdy’s poetry, this book is a must read.
