Irene Brand weaves a nicely-paced story of honoring love in all its varieties, that between mother and daughter, child to grandfather and of course, woman to man. There's more to this tale than just finding romantic love, though; fans of cozy mysteries and family dramas will like the ride, and those who really connect with a classic romance will especially enjoy the journey. And the price makes this a great stocking stuffer or hospital-stay gift.

A Heartwarming Read

Irene Brand's "To Love and Honor" is a heartwarming read about two great people who deal with the aftermath of a long ago tragedy. Violet, the heroine, finds out that people show their true colors under pressure. And she is fortunate to find a man who is more than able to love and honor her. Very realistic story. Lovely ending.
