Another stellar book

What a neat book for kids. Another research book that my son can go to to get the answers for himself. We have become Tree House collectors. I highly recommend these books for people trying to get there kids to read and interested in more books.

Titanic non-fiction book - Justin in San Antonio

I am 10 years old, and I really liked this book. I learned the Titanic was as long as 3 football fields and as tall as an 11 story building, and room for 2,500+ passengers. I also learned how much food was on the ship to feed everyone and the coal for the boilers for one week. The book showed pictures of what the rooms looked like and how much they cost, some were $400 dollars which is more than $5,000 in todays money. The book told me about some of the real people that were on the ship and about some of the people that survived. I learned that the movie showed that they didn't let the third class passengers go to the lifeboats and this was not true. This book is non-fiction and has things that really happened and I learned alot of things that I did not know. I think other kids will like this book.

Historical Fiction Book Review

I read the book Titanic. This book is very interseting and had a sad ending. Many people thought The Titanic was unsinkable but they were wrong. It sank because the glaicer warning wasn't recieved. The Titanic ended up crashing into a glacier and sank hours later. They had to use all the lifeboats. I learned some interesting facts. There are many parts on The Titanic. There are three classes of travlers on the ship. The first class travlers were wealthy. The second class travlers were between having alot of money and having little money. Third class travlers were mostly poor and were mostly immigrants. When all the lifeboats were gone over 1,000 people were still on board and many of those people died on the ship as it sank or died from the bitter coldness of the water or they drowned. I would recommend this book for three reasons.I would recommend this book for people to learn more about the Titanic. It has good facts about The Titanic. It is not too hard to read. Titanic is a great book.

The best book, by Jacqueline Shaw

This nonfiction book tells you everything you ever wanted to know about the Titanic. Some of the information the book tells you includes, how they built the ship, the day everyone boarded the ship, the types of people that were on the ship, and finally how the boat sank. I also enjoyed the pictures in the book. Some of the pictures were of the rooms, the details of the ship, and the boiling room. I recommend this book to people who want to learn about the Titanic and are from grades 1 through 5.
