Valuable resource

Cannot understand the earlier lukewarm reviews. This is the most valuable book I've read about managing tinnitus. It is clear and easy to follow and has helped me cope more effectively through its cognitive behavioral therapy guidelines and worksheets. Not only that, but my relaxation therapist and members of the American Tinnitus Association have recommended it and found it beneficial. I hope the publisher will decide to reprint it.
