I was given this book by a friend to help me track my daughter's feedings and diaper changes. It was great to have in the beginning and can be used to take notes and keep a log of information to relay to the pediatrician. It is concise and organized. You can use a regular notepad, but I find this book to be fantastic. I am on my second one!
A good journal

This journal was good for us to keep track of our girls feeding schedule after they came home from the NICU to ensure they were eating enough and when. The one thing I didn't like is that it put a lot of emphasis on breastfeeding and had a lot of space taken up with breastfeeding info. For those of us who formula feed, this was kind of a waste of space that they could have added more pages to record feedings. Overall, it is very helpful though and had spaces for notes on each feeding as well.
baby journal

I bought 3 of these books. Two for gifts and one for myself because I was getting ready to start solids with my baby and thought a journal would be good to keep up with. The advertisement said you could keep up with nursering as well as solids. I did not see a place to keep up with solids but I didn't look at it really close.
Convenient for keeping track of feedings...

Yes, I could have used any plain spiral-bound notebook to track my baby's feedings, but I loved using this journal instead. It allows you to write in the dates, track the day's feedings & diaper changes, and has ample room for notes.
