This book was written in 1981 and a second edition as published in 1977. It is cited in many articles but it cannot be bought nor is it present in readily avaiable libraries. Hence I woule like it to be available via WWW for researchers use. The book contains an analysis of the sources of buikigucak aging in critical detail and sets forth evidence of which the new generation of specialists reinvent. This is also true of such books as Comfort's Biology of Aging and Weismann's and Pearls pioneering books on the subject. I plan to set up a Web site, if I can afford it, or use the Web sites that are available with my AOL membership (5 window names with about 10 megabytes of condensed storage space each. The book which I wrote when I was about 35 (I'm now 72.5) nade my name in the field of Gerontology. Unfortunately I also have made major contributions to Neurobiology,, to the area of photosynthesis and to the area of Biolumiinescence. My publications include about 300 in reviewed journals and I am still Editor in Chief of "Mechanisms of Aging and Development", started in 1971 by me and which is now over 100 volumes. It is impossible to make a detailed review of this book because so many aspects of aging are considered in it. Thank you if you can find a way to make this available to modern researcheers. I usually finish what I try to do but health has deteriorated somewhat in various ways although, thank God, my memory does not nave serious defects -- nor does my logical ability. I'm a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University. Best wishes and thanks for supplying the services you do. You have some of my other books listed, but they are "had to find".
