Danita and Stephen meet due to the persistent matchmaking of their friend, LaTrice. Neither are prone to blind dates, but once they meet, they are so happy that they break their policy. The couple are amazed at the things they have in common and their bond starts out so strong and empowering. Things move swiftly between the two, the family fall in love with the other's companion and everything is perfect. Then life knocks on their door and Stephen's night out with his best buddy, Carlos, invites distrust and fear into their lives and love changes. Danita can't seem to let go of her past relationships with the cheating and lies and the excess baggage proves to be too much for this relationship. All the while Stephen is bolding proclaiming his innocence and his love for Danita to no avail and again love changes. Dwayne S. Joseph has crafted an emotionally charged love story that will leave you in the tracks of your tears and fears. `Til It's Gone is a love story gone wrong. The book title speaks for itself: 'Til It's Gone. In this world people take things for granted. They dont realize what they have 'Til It's Gone. This is the case with Danita not having trust in her man because of situations that occurred in past relationships. The insecurities cause her to do the unthinkable. When Steven finds out he ends the relationship. When she finally realize what a mistake she has made,it is too late. Stephen has moved on. The story is a page turner. It will make you think about things you take for granted in your relationship and it will make you cry.

Not only is her relationship on the line with Stephen but her friendship with her best friend. This book really showed "you never know what you got til' it's gone. Dwayne S. Joseph did an excellant job with this book, but then again we are talking about Dwayne S. Joseph, anything he writes is bound to be a winner. This book she be used as a lesson and a reminder to those who are doing dirt, and for those of us that have let past hurts from previous relationships carry on into the new.

Mr. Joseph delivers a captivating tale in "Til it's gone". This story is about a relationship between Danita and Stephen. They were two people who found love and security in each other until Danita finds something that shatters that trust. Her reaction based on her discovery caused her to do some things that ultimately changes the course of her very life. Dwayne Joseph has done it again! I really loved this book and it is definitely a cautionary tale teaching you to appreciate what you have at home because sometimes you don't know what you got til it's gone. Wonderful job!
