Loved it!!!!

this was a really good book. Jacy was a likeable character even tho' she kinda got on your nerves alittle bit because she could be too tough at times. but rich was a very likeable character and him and jacy made a good couple. overall this book was very entertaining and you wont be disapointed!!!!

Thugs Girls are no push overs

I really enjoyed this novel. J. Gail did a wonderful job protraying an educated, strong will black sister that refuse to take anything from a man except for what she wants to take. J. shows that Jacy can run with any "DOGS". Rather he be a thug or a successful professional brother. I really like and admire Jacy is this novel. In my opinion, Jacy is the "WOMAN". A Job well done J. Keep writing with the passion and life truths that you have displayed with this novel.

Filled with street slang, drama, and pathos

Thugs Are For Fun is the novel of a young black woman, who, despite her intelligence, inner strength, and warm personality, gets drawn into one bad relationship after another with "thugs" - disrespectful men who cannot be trusted at best and at worst are one step away from life behind bars. She tells herself that "thugs are only good for a little fun", but cannot stop dating them. Her latest involvement with a man leads to a situation where he wants things more permanent and she doesn't, which can only put another twist on the endless conflicts of her romantic life. "Thugs Are For Fun" is filled with street slang, drama, and pathos, as it tells the ups and downs of life and the private heavens and hells of our own making.

Excellent Book!

"I loved the book!! The day I got it in the mail I started reading it, and I couldnt put it down. I tried so that I could have something to read later on. But I read it all in one day! I loved it and I cant wait for the sequel. I just hope that Jacy and Rich stay together, but thats just me." I would recommend this book for all to read.

Can't wait til the sequel

It's rare to find a book that holds your interest in one sitting. It took me almost a month to finish the last book I read (won't mention the name :). But from the moment I received Thugs are for Fun in the mail I opened it, and couldn't stop turning the pages. A very entertaining book, I cannot WAIT to see what happens to Jacy in the sequel!!
