a must read for the holidays

I think the layout and format, the cover and the information in it, is very good and straight forward. Very professional! Your message is one of solutions and I think, compared to a Dr. Phil's(oprah's show) book it is way better. I know he has a huge following, but I think his book is a book of problems and he doesn't really give any straight forward answers on how to solve them.My fitness levels are at an all time high and I thank you.I have never lost weight so fast and been so strong in my life and I attribute 100% of it to this book. I am very impressed!

HIGHLY MOTIVATING!

This has to be the best fitness book on the market today.It is loaded with great common sense ideas for the mind and body.It is great for people looking to get in shape but don't have the time to make fitness a religion.I am surprised a book like this isn't a bestseller.

WOW I never thought it could work! But does!

This book is great. Once I started reading it I was not able to put it down. I enjoy workingout however I was not getting the results. This book showed me what I could do, i.e. eating and strength training, to get the results I wanted. Not only that but the bonus is I am sleeping better and feeling better. I am sending this book out to all my friends.

A great way to motivate and inspire to get you on track

This book addresses the biggest problem in any fitness plan- getting your mind into it. Every day it used to be a fight with myself to eat right and work out... now, I read my goals ... and it is so much easier. George hits on the most important part - getting yourself to believe in doing it. The book does not go into lengthy fitness plans or eating plans -- It addresses the way to go about your specific challenges and making the right plan for you. It is easy to understand and a quick read that gets you inspired and motivated to start on the right track!
