"Must" reading for all aspiring teachers.

We have all experienced teachers who inspired, challenged, encouraged their students, who expanded worlds, opened doors, and helped to achieve educational, career, and personal goals. Wonderfully warm and insightful

The accounts are beautifully written, well-organized, and insightful. The essays illustrate the idea that teaching is an art and that effective teachers have a wide variety of styles and personalities.
