Wrong Edition

I checked multiple times in the listing for to confirm it was a 15th edition, only to receive an watersoaked 11th edition two weeks later. Very disappointed.

Hardly anything changes from edition to edition - I'm so glad the professor for my course didn't care which edition we bought ... all that changed was the order the chapters appear in and the page numbers ... One of the more unbiased text books I've found ...

Those who can, teach

I am enjoying this book. It is the textbook for a Introduction to Education class. I think it is easy to read and covers a lot of topics, from various philosophical perspectives. The author encourages the reader to reflect and form opinions.

A very comprehensive overview of the teaching profession.

I especially like the keywords and reflections at the end of each chapter. I am currently using this book as a text in a course designed for students who are seriously considering teaching as a career.
