Wonderful all-around teaching guide and reference

This well written, concise book explains all aspects of a technicians job. It touches on hospital, retail, and long-term care settings. It is a good book for anyone who wishes to learn anything about the technician profession. A definite reecomendation from myself, a tech with 7 years of experience from retail, mail-order and hospital settings.
