Great after your first heartbreak

Took me 2 years to get over my first love but with the help of this book, it made me realize a lot of things that helped me move on a bit.

Something for everyone

I bought this book in hopes of helping me heal from my 13year + relationship. I found sections of it really helpful and skipped sessions that did not apply to my situation. Def worth the read.
