Seeking Spiritual Comfort

Tolbert McCarroll's exploration of his personal spiritual journey is honest and heartfelt. One need not have any particular religious affiliation to benefit from or appreciate this book. His approach is not bound by religious dogma but recognizes that "spiritual comfort" may be found through very ordinary daily life if we open ourselves to the experience. Besides his own insights and experiences, Brother Toby effectively uses history, scripture, and poetry to demonstrate others search for a spiritual path. I found the book to be uplifting in a time when many of us are seeking a spritual path to help make sense of this often chaotic world.
