I didn't buy this book from thriftbooks, but I just finished it today. IT'S AMAZING. It's the perfect combination of historical fiction, crime/mystery, and supernatural. The ending was a major cliffhanger, and kind of made me want to rip my hair out; there obviously is a sequel in the works. If I had the time, I never would've put this book down!
