Freedom!

At 40 years of age, I have been on and off diets all of my life, and I am free from the bondage of "success/failure" from diets, now that I have learned to eat how my body was designed. Thin Within has been an "answered prayer" for me. I do not have to depend on any diet to work...My body works and I can depend on it. Thin Within has taught me how to think, believe and act like a thin person, which is how I was created. When I first came across this unique book about 10 years ago, I was quiet desperate. I had read probably 70+ books on the topic of weight loss and was ready to give up. As I read through the pages of Thin Within I knew I had finally found the true answer to permanent weight loss. It is so simple to follow because there is no diet! It's been over 10 years now and this no-nonsense approach to losing weight and keeping it off for good has never failed me. Buy it, you won't be sorry!

The true solution to America's "Biggest" Problem!

I know it's a cliche to say it, but this book really did change my life. Before a friend recommended this book to me, I had been on every diet out there - the soup diets, the protein diets, the rotation diets, the drink mix diets, the "doctor" diets..... They would all work for a while - as long as you really worked hard. But for something to work for life, it has to be easier than hard work - for the rest of your life. And that is how this book comes into play - it is really not about what you eat or even really when you eat - it's about why you eat. It teaches you to eat only when you are hungry - and you can have whatever you want - as long as you are hungry. It also teaches you to know when to stop eating. It gives you a set of rules to follow, and these rules re-teach your mind what it once knew - how much to each to be at your ideal weight. I got the book, and it took me a month to lose any weight - because I didn't think it could be as easy as following these rules. However, once I figured out how to listen to my body, and used the rules, I lost 2 pounds a week for 21 weeks - and I have kept the weight off for over 7 years. I have suggested this book to over 10 people, and 9 of them have had success with this book - the only one that didn't was my sister, and she is not ready to confront her weight issues.
