Put your money on a better book instead. Not worth the time or emotional energy sap.

These Nameless Things review I can honestly say this is the very first book I've reviewed that I actually did not enjoy reading at all. As I read, I found there to be an underlying thread of dread, fear, depression, spiritual darkness and just plain weirdness throughout the story. I found no glimmer of hope, nor redeeming values whatsoever in it. I didn't see until I received my copy that it was based on the movie, "Dante's Peak". I had heard of the film, but wouldn't even consider watching it for the language it is told to contain, and the destructive, graphic nature of the theme. This is an author I will not venture to read again. I recieved this book free from Revell for my honest opinion, and the views expressed here are my own.
