Kimberly is an actress and author who previously left a sixteen-year career in the medical field to devote time to raising her two sons. She is a native Texan but divides her time between Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana. She is an avid lover of thunderstorms, cats, and the New Orleans Saints.

Chad J. Thompson attended the Columbus College of Art and Design. Upon graduation, he was hired by the Walt Disney Feature Animation studio in Florida. For the next seven years, he worked on animated movies such as Mulan, Lilo & Stitch, and Brother Bear. He currently works as an illustrator and an author of children's books and lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and two young children.
