I have read many many (many) books on management and Entrepreneurship and this book is by far the most impactful discourses on the subject that I have read. Professor Angha traces the evolution of business management and, more importantly, human interaction within the organization and sheds a bright and hopeful light on what the future holds for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise. There are aspects of Social-Entrepreneurship, but Theory I goes much deeper and discusses the RESPONSIBILITY of the organization to help each and every employee achieve the full breadth of their God-given talents. In my company we take this to mean that in seeking out the successes we're set up to achieve that we must also be mindful of our employees heart-felt desires and talents. We actively encourage travel, hobbies, classes, and even new business ventures because people that are in tune with the desires of their hearts are better employees, partners, customers, and human beings. I highly recommend this book. It is a relatively quick read and packed with useful information.
