The aim of this document began with the concern of helping students to develop better learning, which began with the search for information on how human beings learn and acquire knowledge through the knowledge of behaviourist and cognitivist learning theories and, based on this, to propose a possible teaching strategy. The first step was to search for information about learning and the behaviourist and cognitivist learning theories, their origin, foundations and learning process. The benefits and limitations of each of the theories are also analysed, making a comparative analysis of them, determining the possible applications in the teaching practice and possible actions in the didactic strategy proposal, for a better learning of the students.
