Some of the words in this book are replaced by pictures, giving this a very interactive quality. It's appropriate for all children, even for the very young. The illustrations are beautifully executed, yet capture very intersting charater traits of this beast; A wide open mouth in a growl, feeding grounds which they inhabit w/other animals, close-ups of body parts and more. Highly recommended. High quality printing and paper.
