Not your typical slick horror/sci fi stories written by experts.

The minute I saw this book I realized that it was probably self-published, which is rarely a good sign. While the editor picks stories from around the globe, none of the stories really grabbed my attention. Several of the stories seemed to be stories I had read by other people; which is not a good thing. The overall feel and presentation of the book seems juvenile, even though none of the stories is Young Adult. I am used to the big, glossy anthologies with first rate stories and first rate authors. This has neither.
