A shadow of inaction has fallen upon the scenes so lately lighted by the historical feminist victories. Curtain of silence has descended upon feminist movements. Still, feminism has sent ripples across the continents, and no country is immune to the impacts of three feminist waves. Where is the party or opposition that has not been labeled extremist or outright radical just for asking rights? After the second wave, the feminist fervor seems to have been lost as women and other identities are not united in thought and action. Neither they have a common goal in sight nor they see eye to eye on the question of gender equality. Feminism needs a World Manifesto to represent the collective interest of all genders, and to achieve the ultimate goal of the feminist movement. The manifesto that answers questions: what led to women being subjugated? How did men manipulate women into thinking that she needed to stay within four walls? Why could women break shackles in the 19th century only, but the fervor seems to have been lost? What exactly the modern world needs to restructure centuries of propaganda, manipulation and subjugation? The Manifesto will not only explain the historical process of creation of gender roles to make sense of the present, but it will also give a definite strategy for the much desired goal of every feminist in the world: gender equality in all spheres of life. It is high time that politico feminists openly face the world, and publish this "World Manifesto" in all languages.
