Now more than ever...

So much lip service is paid in HR circles to "Work-Family Balance." Here, Brother Helldorfer "keeps it real." His central thesis is that work can become an addictive force, just like any other, and that it is up to each individual to make a choice about the role work must play in our lives. If we are in fact addicted to work, what are we running away from? Any employer can only do so much to influence the addictive tendency of a contributor. After that, the choice is one each of us much make. Great book!
