This is the most wild book I've ever read in my life!

Duhamel's take on the mythology of strong women is fascinating! I heard her read from this volume along with poems from Kinky (her book about Barbie dolls) and people in the audience were roaring with laughter. Not often a poet can be comic and feminist and totally sincere all at once.

A talent not to be missed!

These poems derived from Inuit tales reflect the universal struggles we face when pondering our inner and outter selves. A must read for all lovers of Native American and Contemporary American poetry
