To get his wife's soul out of the body of a dragon and back in her own body (which has been kidnapped), the Wiz has to outwit ex-Soviet ex-spies, 128 dwarves on a quest, and a 20-foot lobster hungry for land food.
I have enjoyed all the books by Rick Cook. This is a little weak compared to the rest but still enjoyable.

Who say's we can't have technology and magick?? Well who ever did didn't tell Rick Cook that. This book was a spectacular blend of modern day technology and renaissance day's of magick. Rick Cook also did a excelent job in keeping the tecnology / fantasy magick alive that made you believe that it just might be possible, even in today's skepticism.

The action is back in this addition to the series. Cook lampoons dungeon adventures, screen savers, and Comdex while tying up some loose ends from The Wizardry Cursed. A fun read that I didn't want to end
