I'm a very picky reader

This book came to me from a free library when I was out on a walk. I had no idea how much I would love it, and I'm THRILLED to discover it's the first of 3. It's so interesting and complex but not so much so that it's confusing. The way the author introduces information is very smart and fun and makes the reader feel like they're a part of the investigation.
