THE WEST OF OWEN WISTER

This is a very interesting book as it was the beginning of the Western Series of books depicting the early life of the West. Mr. Wister put pen and ink to paper giving the reading public a account of life of the Early west. Even to the using of the early way of speaking using there early spelling of certain words, making it more authentic. All other writers followed in his foot steps. Owen Wister is remembered for his book, named- The Virginian, this is a account of the early west and his first Book. It was latter made into a TV Series. Thank you
