In 1772 as his group of Christian Indians is being led to a new home in Ohio by Moravian missionary David Zeisberger, fourteen-year-old Joseph Shabosh is torn between the minister's teachings and the tempting by a Mohegan brave to follow more traditionalIndian ways.
This book was so exciting I could only put it down at certain parts, when there was a lull in the action, which wasn't very often! I think Joseph's father was mean to Joseph and he was too strict. I could identify with him because he is my age in the book. I highly recommend this book!
