Explore the world of fear and excitement with master story teller Roberta Simpson Brown. If your school is unfortunate enough not to be able to book her for a session "Walking Trees: and Other Scary Stories" is a special volume to share with children 8 to whatever for a great shiver. Just the right amount of scary

This is an excellent collection of scary stories aimed at the 11-13 age group - campouts, sleep overs and the like. There is a nice variety of natural and supernatural ... pure evil, revenge, just rewards, trees, ships, blobs, cemetaries. Enough variety that you can select a story that is just scarey enough - but not too scary. Only a couple of the tales fall at bit flat. All in all I recommend it.
