This teacher loves this book!!

I love this book. Robert Kraske has created a book that my special education students at the high school level love. The book allows us to do some research, take cool field trips and build skills that are on their IEP. It is easier reading without the look of a child's book or pink elephants and talking alligators, typical for this ability level group. Thanks Mr. Kraske!!

Excellent teaching tool!

I use The Voyager's Stone as the centerpiece of my first grade oceans unit. This book takes us on a fascinating ride through the world's oceans and their many habitats, while experiencing the reality of a variety of food chains on the way. My students remain engaged and interested throughout, and hate for me to quit each day! This is a wonderful addition to any child's library, but especially useful in the classroom.

Our teacher just finished reading us the Voyager Stone. We live in Hawaii and are studying the ocean. We really like the Voyager Stone. It's a really great bbok. We liked that the author told information in the book. It was very exciting. It makes us never want to stop reading it. At the end of the book we felt wanted to read it again. We liked the non-fiction and fiction parts put together. We really recommend this book for everyone in the whole world. It's great!
