One of the best reads....

I read some of the reviews of this beautifully written story and anyone who did not like Eric just simply does not understand men. Heather Graham has masterfully created a world so visible to her reader, you can taste the salt in the air and feel the eyes of her character looking into your soul. The sex sizzles and yet is artistic literature all at the same time - no easy task. I fell in love with Eric just as Rhiannon did. How could she not? This was a time when men were men - a time we should return to. I am sick of wimpy, weak heroes and tough, masculine women. One of the best romance's I have ever read and I've read a bunch. I reread it regularly.

I owned this book and lost it

I had this book in a different cover which was probably a different issuing of it and like it a lot. I have read it several times and when I lost it was in the middle of reading it again. I am a romance novel person so if you are this is a very good story.

A GREAT READ!

This was Heather Grahams second book in the Viking Series. First was Golden Surrender (which I thought was the best out of the three), Second is this book...The Vikings Woman, and Third is The Lord of the Wolves. This Series has been my favorite series for a long time now. Rhiannon is forced to marry Eric, a very demanding, powerful Viking. These two fight each other throughout the entire book almost. Not until the end they realize they have feelings for each other and that they are in love. The author writes to make you enjoy both characters and never forget the story between them. It kept me glued to every page!

very good but not a 'sweet' romance

This was the first book i read by Heather Graham and i absolutely loved it!! I enjoyed this book for a variety of reasons Firstly even though Eric is a very rough and dominant character he never rapes Rhiannon although in some scenes you would almost expect him to. Both Eric and Rhiannon have very strong persionalities that clash all the time and most of the book revolves around their fights so if you are the type of person who's into a sweet read this book is definetly not for you. I throughly recommend this book to anyone who is not afraid to read about strong love scences and turbulant emotions. This book also doesn't have any adultery which i hate reading about!!!

Great Story!

Don't let the title of this book cause you not to read it. It was an ecellent story. It was erotic and sensual. I like a good story that is well described and includes good descriptive love scenes. This had both. It is very worth reading. Don't miss out.
