A Happy Little Book

An incredibly cute pop-up book about little things that fly and other little things that live in the dirt. It features vibrant, leaping designs and big, bold cutouts that will delight anyone, and, best of all, stand up to multiple readings. I was especially impressed with the book's centerpiece--a pair of earthworms twined around each other in a living maze. Very Busy Bee is part of a charming series of popups covering more bugs, barnyard animals, jungle creatures, and construction vehicles. However, readers should be aware that, rather than being a continuous tale of the friendly firefly or the happy hen, the title refers to the first creature (or truck) featured on the inside.
