Vegan meat cookbook

This would be a good book if you already have a favorite "meat" recipe and want to include it into another vegan recipe. This book looked to have recipes you can use store bought or vegan "meats" you already have. I personally was looking for a book to allow me to make the "meat" for my current recipes.
