So motivating!!

This book is awesome! It's helpful no matter where you are in your nursing career. There is specific advice for looking for a perfect new job for you - with lots of great info on marketing yourself, interviewing, and developing your resume. There is also a wealth of info about making the most of the job you have, boosting your professional image, networking, as well as moving into a new role. Donna is very down to earth, very motivating. This is the perfect gift for any nurse - newly graduating or experienced (or anywhere in between).

Great for anytime in your career

This book is well worth it. I have read Danna's career advice in the in Nurse Week magazine and wanted to get her book for a more in depth advice on some of the things that she talks about. She is easy to read and you do not have to go right from start to finish if you do not it flows well. She gives you confidence in what we as nurses bring to the table in whatever or wherever we choose to do with our careers.
