When I set out to review this book, I thought that I would be reviewing another how to type of book. The reality was far from it. This book is not only for reading but it is for keeping and studying. It is full of timely and encyclopedic amount of knowledge about the tuition situation in our higher education system that everyone should know about. As a professor responsible in educating our college students I was surprised that I did not know much about this important aspect of our higher education system.
