This is a wonderful tale of two pre-adolescent girls who realize that change isn't always easy, but isn't always for the worst either. Annie and Rachel have know each other all of their lives and have always done everythign together, but things are about to change drastically for both of them. Ms. Miles touches on the many changes that occur in life, and looks at them throught the eyes of two 13 year old girls. This is an easy and quick read, and I know it will appeal to many pre-adolescent girls out there. Ms. Miles has made seeing things through the eyes of young women seem easy.
