This book changed my life! I recommend it for all people as a guide to how life should be lived.

Healthy or not this is a must read!!!!

This is one of the best books I've ever read. I have fibromyalgia and I've really been having a hard time coming to terms with what that means to me. This book put my whole life into perspective. This is a must read for anyone with health problems as well as anyone who wants to live a more fulfilling life.

Seven yearsafter it helped me understand the process of dealing with my own life-threatening illness it remains one of only two books I keep on my nightstand for easy, regular reference.
