Staying in Balestrate, Sicily, Vincenzo's father's hometown, provided crucial support from family and friends. Despite the initially simple procedure, it remains inconclusively resolved. The author had to relocate to Madrid, Spain, awaiting a definitive response from U.S. diplomacy, as their business and home are in that North American country.
