Another great book and wot a surprise, its from the Bade of Honor series, great reading and also great listening as I did both, not to be missed. I only wish the pair of them would write faster, and keep going with the Presidential Agents series.

Still Great Reading after all these years..!!

The other reviewers can say what they like, I will still buy the books written by W.E.B. Griffin (or his son writing in his place). They are great stories and a good way to relax. I read for MY enjoyment...everything from Gibbons' "Rise and Fall of The Roman Empire" to Dan Brown's "The Di Vinci Code". As long as Griffin and his son are putting out books, they will have a reader in me (who loves their style and the content of their books). "The Traffickers" is different...BUT...it is STILL an enjoyable book. Yes...some of the old characters are missing. So what..?? If you are going to read a book, base your comments on what is in the book, not on what is not in it. "The Traffickers" is a good read. Nothing more..nothing less.

An audio replete with high drama, intrigue, and action

Scott Brick's smooth acting voice lends drama and intrigue to this powerful story of a homicide sergeant seeing too many murders in Philadelphia. Gangs trafficking in guns, drugs and human lives makes for a colorful story stretching coast to coast in an audio replete with high drama, intrigue, and action.

tHE TRAFFICERS

All of his books are exciting and fast paced. This one is current and up to date on what is happening here in the U.S. with drugs and how it is affecting our younger generation. I would recommend this to all parents to read.

Exceptional Work from an Exceptional Team

I lived near Philadelphia for many years, knew it well, both the best and the worst of it, and applaud the team of WEB Sr. & Jr. with this their latest effort. They really capture the essence of the city, its beleagured police department which at times is darn near in a warzone and the gallant efforts of some to keep the city safe. I am at a loss as to some of the negative reviews. I had the pleasure of receiving an advance reader copy of the book and found myself sitting up at three in the morning unable to put it down. As an author as well I know how frustrating some of the negative critics can be. There are times when they do have valid points and any good author will take those points to heart, but at other times one almost feels as if you are dealing with people who just enjoy "flaming" for no other reason than the desire to attack. Sure there were a couple of speed bumps in the book at times, but that did not discount for me the pleasure of reading yet another great effort by a great father & son team. I am eager to see what comes next from the legendary team of WEB & WEB.
