The Thornbush is a story of a small thornbush growing in the streets of Jerusalem that becomes the spiny headdress of Christ for the crucifixion. This description may be from another edition of this product.
I read this wonderful story to my 5 year old grandaughter. I wish she herself could write this review. Her reaction, views and questions were a delight to me. I feel we truly shared in the real meaning of Easter. Some of her comments were "Jesus was very brave" and "He really must love us". I shall treasure the time we spent in sharing our thoughts about this remarkable book.

The Thornbush uses a simple bush to look at world and ourselves in light of the Easter Story. This book is wonderful to share with children but also adults. I think we can all relate to the thornbush and it connection with the Easter Story. A must for church libraries. Also great pictures.
