Very intersting, quick read, a lot of good information

This book, along with the other two books in the series, is wonderful. Very informative. It makes the whole time period come alive and become clear.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book; I felt I was right there!

I loved reading the book. It felt like I was right there, observing Abraham, Jakob, Isaac, Joseph, and Moses et al as they experienced things first hand. Equally refreshing is Skousen's straight-forward no-nonsense analysis of many otherwise confusing or seemingly contradictory passages.
