Worth the read!

Following the exercises in this book is the equivalent of going through 10 years of therapy. If you've ever been wondering why your affirmations and visualizations have heretofore been unsuccessful, this book will explain all. Highly recommended.

A Great Book for Healing!

I've also read many books on healing and haven't come across one as comprehensive, easy-to-understand and logical as this one. The topic of emotions was extremely well covered with day-to-day examples. I was able to heal some of my own issues from simply reading the book and it taught me how to spot issues in others quickly. Also a great reference book because the chakra descriptions with the related feelings and illnesses for each chakra are very precise and insightful. All-in-all, I recommend this to any one who wants some healing or just want to understand what emotion is all about.

I have read many books on a variety of healing topics. Susan Kerr has taken the best of those wisdoms and combined them into an easy to follow, step by step "how-to" book. Outstanding. The best of the 16 chakra books I have read. Easy to read, it is filled with information I have not found in any other books, and an amazingly simple yet profound healing technique. It would be easy to find fault with this book, typos, grammer errors, but the content is outstanding. A very serious document, and a must for any person seriously seeking healing.
