Not as described

There are many things wrong with this purchase. The first is that the edition pictured is not the edition that I received. The condition of the book is not GOOD. The back cover of the book is torn 1/3 of the way down the spine, the bottom edges of the book cover and pages are stained possibly from getting wet at some time. The condition is maybe borderline acceptable at best.
