I was very impressed with the ideas in this book. A lot of neat ideas for making more space in small apts./homes and to make the most use of existing space. This book gives you ideas and lets you see new uses for space you never would have thought of before. A great book for anyone living in a small apartment, condo or a small home. This book was published in 1978 so the decors in the photos are outdated, as is some of the other info, but most of the ideas are timeless and could still be used today. I'd like to see Ellen reissue an updated version of this book.
Find Space For All Your Stuff

Anyone looking for more space in their home will find loads of ideas in this book. Illustrated with many line drawings and a few black and white photos, it helps you make the most of wasted space (adding storage in hallways, around windows/doors, overhead). The suggestions are particularly useful to anyone crammed into an efficiency apartment, but useful even to those with a large but overstuffed house. I deducted one star for the 1970s decorating in the photos, but that's a minor drawback. The ideas are timeless.
