The Sorrow of Losing Mother

The loss of a mother is the loss of a part of yourself. Everyone's story is different, yet they all experience the grief of not having that one person who has been there your entire life. People ask me what happened, when did it happen and how such a young woman copes. They told me it would get easier. It hasn't. This is my story that covers five five years of living with a mother and knowing that I could lose her anytime. Also, knowing I was definitely going to lose her at a time in my life when I needed her. Then I had to accept that she needed me more.
