The Sorcerer's Apprentice is a book that I have found very useful as a teacher when teaching children alphabetical order.It talks about the apprentice organizing the sorcerer's ingredients for spells and how he likes to have them in the cupboards in strict alphabetical order. It is a lovely starting point for lots of useful and informative discussion about keeping things in alphabetical order.
