Lily's beginning ballet classes draw her unexpectedly closer to her seemingly haughty older sister, already an advanced dancer. This description may be from another edition of this product.
THE SISTERS IMPOSSIBLE a great book for people who like dance. The main character is Lily Leonard, whose sister is a great dancer. Lily's father wants Lily to become a dancer too. Saundra, Lily's older sister, is trying out for a challenge that everybody wants to try out for. Since Saundra is one of the best dancers, she has been chosen to try out for the finals with her worst enemy, Meredith Meredith. Lily and Saundra has a sneaky plan for beating Meredith Meredith out of the competition. Lily and her father goes shopping to buy her new ballet shoes, clothing, etc. But Lily isn't too sure that she wants to start dancing. But her dad insists by saying, "If parents didn't push their children into things, their children might not do anything." So lily decides to buy her new dancing set of clothes. So this is how Lily started dancing. What I like about this book is that this story explains the childhood of my sister and me. We always used to not talk to each other, but one day, a day came when my sister had to begin one of my hobbies. Then she had to come along with me, and I felt embarrassed. But one day, my sister and I just became a team against another girl who was my worst enemy. In a part of a story, it says, "My dear little sister who's going to help me win." They became better sisters, and so did we. My favorite part of the story is when Lily tries to intimidate Meredith Meredith. Lily succeeds by making her think that she could win no matter what, even after she doesn't practice. But how can someone succeed by making him or her think they could win? Lily made her intimidate herself and just ignore her real self. Smart, don't you think?
This is an AWESOME book!

The reading ages for this book are 9-12 years, but I have to say that that is not accurate. I read this a month ago, I am fifteen years old, and I loved it! It's fun to read if you are a dancer, or if you are just looking for a good book. I recommend The Sisters Impossible for anyone who likes to read, if they are eight or if they are eighty.
This book is really great!
