Thinking Ahead

Marlis Weber has ten years' experience of cooking for one, and proves that it is possible to enjoy good food even if you do live alone. Pre-packaged foods are not the answer, but thinking ahead is. With a little forethought one can plan a grocery-shopping trip and end up with the right foods to prepare quickly. The meals (1) taste good AND they are (2) cheap and (3) quick. That's the big three for me. The food is also good for you, which is a bonus. Marlis Weber is the author of the Wholegrain Recipe Book and The Natural Foods Cookbook.
