Difference between the Open book and the Simple book.

The simple book introduce a simple network management protocol and it's implementations are sometime open source. So this book should be simple and open. You can understand the simple network management protocol, SNMP. Also you may understand the management information base, MIB. An actual implementation, the 4BSD/ISODE SNMP package, is given an overview. This will be good enouogh on first SNMP guide.
